$100K–$150K checks into seed rounds of $500K–$1M alongside a lead investor, via SAFEs, convertible notes, or preferred stock.

No Membership Fees

No fees from 99TAA. AngelList charges standard SPV fees at the time of investment. 20% carry on returns, split between the lead and the org.
